Poppy Wears...
Party Time!
It's still a little way off but with our first Christmas fair this weekend it's time to start thinking about party dresses and what to wear on Christmas Day! Our Freya dress, available in two prints is the perfect solution!

The version pictured in our winter check fabric is full of festive colours, berry red & forest green, but also perfect to wear the rest of the winter through. It matches perfectly with our Chloe cardigan in navy & cherry, and for Christmas day we have co-ordinating grosgrain hairbands to add a special finishing touch, much more stylish than a paper hat!

Christmas Fairs 2015
With just over a week to go until our first Christmas Fair we thought we better let you know where we will be popping up over the next couple of months...
It's hard to think about Christmas when it is still relatively warm outside, we were in t-shirts at the weekend, but, we have just started to collect a few bits for the advent calendars and stockings and writing our own wish-lists! We're also putting together some fab gift guides for you coming up in the next few weeks.
Christmas shopping or not, fairs and markets are a great way to discover new British brands and support small businesses so we'd love to see you at one of the events below, just click for more details:

Hester Loves...
You Are Small socks and tights
Hannah started You Are Small in 2013 after the birth of her daughter Maud. Her love of colour, textiles and pattern lead her to create this beautiful baby brand and she makes and dyes all the pieces by hand at her home in south east London.
Poppy & Hester especially love her collections of hand dyed tights and socks, each pair lovingly dyed to the most beautiful colours. It's often hard to find pretty plain coloured tights but look no further. And we are so pleased to be able to get our hands on socks in tasteful colours and hide the pink Hello Kitty socks away!

Poppy Wears...
This week our Poppy Wears outfit has been chosen for half term
holiday fun. Trips to the cinema with friends and autumn walks with cosy

For our photoshoot we used these gorgeous tights from Verity Jones. This little leather handbag from Zara
completes the look and is the perfect size for little essentials, lip

Poppy Wears...
Coco neckerchief scarf
Autumn has been creeping up on us slowly and there has definitely been a dip in temperatures this week. Not always cold enough for a coat, but Poppy takes her Coco scarf with her everywhere at the moment.
It's short length and cute neckerchief shape mean that it doesn't get in the way of kicking up autumn leaves and jumping in puddles. Made from soft merino wool it's super cosy and comfortable and sure to be worn all winter long! It can also be worn with the triangle at the front to keep the chest even warmer.
With half term just around the corner we are offering £5 off our Coco scarf on the website until October 25th. So you can be well prepared for those outdoor autumn walks.

Hester Loves...
Hunter Wellingtons
This one is self explanatory! Especially on a rainy day like today. Poppy & Hester love Hunter wellies. We featured them in our winter photoshoot in bright watermelon & raspberry, and always get excited to see the new colours each season. For autumn winter we adore the new contrast sole boots and the bubble umbrellas look very cool too.
The perfect excuse to get out and jump in some muddy puddles!
